Create a facebook application with php

Hello I am looking for a developer who knows Facebook ApI as well as PHP to do following task 1) Create application similar to [login to view URL] In this application there will be two pics is one is users profile pic which we can get from facebook and second picture will be any celebrity pic. The php function should be able to deduct the face and merge faces of both picture . 2) Create application similar to these [login to view URL] [login to view URL] we can fetch profile picture from facebook easily we need php function which can rotate or fix the image in a shape like in heart shape or diamond shape in png formet Regards Tubemaker
