Create a fillable PDF form from a Word Document

Hello, We are after software as a service application that can showcase the following: - Subscriber login to see clients - Datafeed from a Government website which summarises the Subscriber's clients automatically (Note the Government website is a portal login, will need to be obtained to ensure all clients are shown correctly) - SMS gateway and a reminder network to all clients for fees overdue - Ability for Software to summarise (from the Government website) all the clients and whether their fees are overdue/paid up to date - Ability for the Software to SMS text clients reminders - Ability for the Software to generate mail merge documents in word/pdf to clients with government invoices/subscriber invoices - High security - SSL - Ability to enable an audit history and export of csv files of all correspondence - Ability for subscriber to control all data feeds for confirmation prior to emailing/SMS texting to all clients
