I would like someone to help me get a lot of PUBLIC data off of a site and compiled into a excel sheet. Let's say we are talking about my states contractor license board and I want to have a list of every contractor and when their work comp insurance renews. Each contractor has to report the info to the site. The site has to publish this info to the public so people looking to hire the contractor can prove they have current and valid insurance. I am not sure what skills are needed for this nor if it's possible and legal...Please help. Thanks!

since the information to extract is viewable publicly on the website, we can use a program i will develop to crawl all the pages of the site and extract the information. I will also give you the final program in case you want to recrawl the site for new information. Each entry will be stored in excel. This project will take 3 days to complete.
