Create interactive html5 site for kiosk

We need to develop a html5 site to show some production graphics/indicators. The data is storaged in a excel file, we need to create a main landing page with links to specific productions graphics. The graphics must be updated in real time. I'm attaching a sample pdf file with dummy information for reference. This is an urgent project for us.
