Create an online booking system

Online Booking system User fills in online enquiry form with fields: Name Email Address School contact number Personal Contact Number Name of School School Address School Postcode Workshop Required Number of Classes Total number of Children Class years Requested Date of Workshop (enquiry form automatically calculates mileage charged a 45p per mile + price for workshop and gives user total price before submission) On Enquiry Submission : send enquiry email to admin with link to form Admin can edit response fields, select which member of staff is doing the day and can click to confirm the booking. On confirmation submission : invoice is generated and sent to users email address, a Google calendar entry is created in the correct staff members calendar for the booking with: Workshop + number of classes + school - as title the school name and postcode in the location field the contact numbers + class year + total number of children in the details field calendar entry has link to auto generated booking page with all the details for that booking. i.e: link to invoice link to address all booking details a tick box to confirm that money has been received (ticking this pox changes the calendar entry title to say PAID) before the normal title. Entry can be edited, if so a new invoice will be sent and the corresponding calendar entry will automatically change or deleted which will delete the invoice from the system and delete the corresponding calendar entry Everything feeds back to a spread sheet for end of year finances and mileage totals Easy system to look up info! How much mileage has staff member A done? How much have hey earned from timeA to timeB if they are paid X for workshop A, x for workshop B etc…
