Create WP plugin which scrapes other sites Tables and append it to post.

I want you to create a WP plugin which contains the following functionality: 1. Create a custom post type 'result tables' which contains various html tables; each table should be displayed using a shortcode. This custom post type should contain a custom column which contains the shortcode and a link to directly copy that shortcode. 2. Create two custom fields and add them to a post in which a user can input a url, and give the result table a name. 3. If user did input a url, and saves the post; a function should run, which: A. Scrapes the site for a specific sports event table (3 different sites/formats should be supported) B. The result of this table scrape should be saved in the CPT 'result tables'. And the shortcode should be appended to the current post. 4. In time I should be able to modify the code myself to add an extra website which table should be abled to be scraped.
