Create web based graphs dashboard

I need a dashboard created to show me detailed information and statistics from database. Must be written in PHP. There are 2 tables Users & SMSdata Users are stored in the users table and are identified in the SMSdata table by the userid which is the id field of the users table. the date field info is stored as mm-dd-yyyy, timestamp is stored as hh:mm:ssPM must have graphs that can show usage of these fields, and can be further sorted by year, month, and date. function zip date type via Only proposals containing the word DIME will be considered.
