Creating a script for website

We are looking for a freelancer for the realization of a script (with its administration panel) to be integrated within a website. The web site exists and is in PHP. The script should perform these steps: 1. In the admin panel of the script, the administrator must be able to log into your facebook profile, and select the groups where it intends to publish the news; 2. Each news that is published on the website, the administrator can decide to publish it (via the script) on one or more selected facebook groups, and also decide the date and time. 3. To publish only be required of the news links and automatically (as happens on facebook) you have to create the preview. In short, what we need is a script for Auto-Post on Facebook Groups.
