I do not understand exactly what you mean, but I catch from your words that you want to retrieve content from other websites to your website and is shown to enter the page url to your sitemap. when one sitemap URL address changes then you will also change to one the url address. that in order to improve the SEO ranking of your website. I think to do that needs to make some kind of bot or automated programs embedded in your website and run using the specified time schedule. so the sequence is 1. Get a list of url of sitemap , 2. grab the URL, copy the html to display it statically, get the url address , 3. change the url in sitemap if url address changed or not at the beginning url address.
