Custom Bitcoin, Altcoin Dice/Game script

Hi, Thank you for inviting me to your project. I have read the description but I'm not sure if I understand full requirements. Do you have a solution proposal or technical description for this? Or at least a simple list of features or "real life" example? I think I'm still in top10 freelancers regarding Bitcoin on freelancer.com and I'm sure I can do this. I work in an international software company as Senior software engineer and I own a small company for projects like this. Please send me the requested info so we can continue the discussion. p.s.
