Custom Plugin Development for Woo Commerce / WordPress

I need to get a custom extension build for woo commerce / WordPress to fulfill my requirement. I don't need any formal proposal or pre-made marketing templates from you guys, I need someone who can understand my requirement and can perform it. A WordPress guru is needed who can perform the Woo Commerce Customization by building a separate plugin which will act like a woo-commerce extension. More details will be given in chat.
