Custom Zapier - Pipedrive Helper App/Script

Here is what I am trying to accomplish: I have 6 deal pipeline STAGES in pipedrive. I use a third party app through zapier that tracks email opens, clicks and replies and fires off the appropriate triggers as needed. Here is the workflow I am trying to setup: 1 - As soon as an email is opened I want the HELPERAPP to take data from zapier and 1) create an organization in pipedrive. 2) add a person to this organization and 3)then create a deal at STAGE 1 which is then assigned to this person. (very similar to this: [login to view URL]) 2 - If a person click on a link within the email, I want the HELPERAPP to check if the person clicking is already in pipedrive - if they are, I want the HELPERAPP to move them to STAGE 2. If they're not already in pipedrive, then they should be created exactly like the first step but put in stage 2 instead of 1 in the pipeline. 3 - If a person replies to an email, I want the HELPERAPP to check if the person replying is already in pipedrive - if they are, I want the HELPERAPP to move them to STAGE 3. If they're not already in pipedrive, then they should be created exactly like the first step but put in stage 3 instead of 1 in the pipeline. 4 - If a person signs up to a GetResponse mailing list "A", I want the HELPERAPP to check if the person subscribing is already in pipedrive - if they are, I want the HELPERAPP to move them to STAGE 4. If they're not already in pipedrive, then they should be created exactly like the first step but put in stage 4 instead of 1 in the pipeline. 5 - If an email is sent from gmail with a specific "keyword" in the title, I want the HELPERAPP to check if the person subscribing is already in pipedrive - if they are, I want the HELPERAPP to move them to STAGE 5. If they're not already in pipedrive, then they should be created exactly like the first step but put in stage 5 instead of 1 in the pipeline. In addition to creating the person in pipedrive linke in step 1 for this specific step, I want to attach a 21 day deadline activity to this deal as well. 6 - And finally if a person signs up to a GetResponse mailing list "B", I want the HELPERAPP to check if the person subscribing is already in pipedrive - if they are, I want the HELPERAPP to move them to STAGE 6. If they're not already in pipedrive, then they should be created exactly like the first step but put in stage 6 instead of 1 in the pipeline - and the deal should be assigned a "won" status.
