Customise only design of single page of wordpress i.e cart page

Hi, we need to customise the design by default shopping cart page , which only shows products in the cart i.e loop and show in table format.. will provide psd design for desktop & mobile .. and we have also created static responsive design for the same..so that while modifying [login to view URL] inside woo commerce and use same css classes instead getting from PSD and adding it. so need someone able to quickly finish with it.. may be 1-2 hour job if you know responsive css designing in wordpress. will have more tasks also when someone finishes this..we can assign it.
