This is an existing PHP MySQL database. It is a donor tracking program. The database tracks participants who have filled out an extensive online application. The resulting database is then displayed in a gallery. We are not touching the actual application - only tagging donor files from the admin page. Currently - we have one variable "proven" which is a simple yes/no selection from the admin page. This will be duplicated twice - adding the variable "shared cycle" and the variable "banked". The tasks for this project are: 1.. Add two variables to the donor table 2. Modify the admin page so that the admin can set the status for each variable. 3. Modify the gallery page so that an icon shows when "shared cycle" is set to yes, and another icon shows when "banked" is set to yes. This task will probably require modification of the css file. Please make sure your quote includes your hourly rate. I realize it will be difficult to give an exact quote without seeing the site or the code. That will be made available to the selected bidder before you accept the project .

Hello, I can visualize where the shared cycle as well as banked icons would appear. Aside from CSS modification, this will also require a little editing of the gallery page, creating an element that can hold the icons that will be added through the CSS. The database tables as well as the admin page (which means not only adding the 2 status visually, but also need to add to the query that will insert the provided status to the table.
