Customized Form Integration With Squeeze Pages

#1. CREATE OPTIN FORM Place for user to copy global [login to view URL] page (controls redirects) If user is UPGRADED, displayed autoresponder Campaign code: xxxxx. If not, they will see a link to the clickbank checkout form. #2. UPLOAD FORM CODE We need blank box with save button so user can input autoresponder form code and save it. This pushes unique variables to their [login to view URL] page and squeeze pages. #3. PROFIT CENTERS Links to all squeeze pages. User only has access to 1st page, if upgraded, user has access to all squeeze pages. If locked, there is an UNLOCK button underneath each page which leads to clickbank checkout for upgrade. User can still preview LOCKED pages by clicking thumbnail image via lightbox. When squeeze page EDIT button is clicked, lightbox is popped where user can create subdirectory name for their page and add their affiliate link. When SAVE is clicked, unique link to squeeze page for user is generated. When this link is visited and a visitor opts in to their page, visitor is added then to the users autoresponder account. If image of squeeze page is clicked, it brings up a light box preview of squeeze page. #4. MANAGE CLICKS No work required #5. CLICK POOL If paid user, we need a blank form where use can add their affiliate link. When saved, this link will get added to the Click Pool Link rotator. If user cancels monthly membership, they are removed from Click Pool. If user is NOT PAID, they will NOT see blank form, instead they will see button to buy Click Pool via Clickbank checkout page. We also need a HIT COUNTER that is unique to each user, this way, when a user logs in, they can see how many hits have been generated from their subscription. This must also be a GLOBAL DASHBOARD for ADMIN. Need to be able to view/edit/add/remove all users of CLICK POOL and see how many hits EACH UNIQUE user has received. Click Pool traffic is generated by the EXIT POP on the sales page. This link we will rotate between A. the $20 dollar discount link, and B. the Click Pool rotator link. This way, every other click goes to a traffic pool subscriber. ROTATOR LINK This link will be placed on EXIT SCRIPT via home page, and rotated between the PJ Discount Offer.
