Customized phpjabbers.com restaurant booking system

I want to use this restaurant booking system: [login to view URL] I will buy it and need someone to modify it, to fit my needs. Here are some requirements: - integrate online payment gateway ([login to view URL]) - change UI design (I will provide finished html pages) - choose time by hour (only can book per hour, eg: can’t book 17:30 or 18:15, can only book 17:00 or 20:00) - there are three types of booking: 1) 2-12 pax - consumer / 2) 13-36 pax - party / 3) 37-200+ - event; - the flow of consumer booking, is the same as phpjabbers' existing flow, only need to integrate online payment after confirmation - the flow of party booking, add one step before choosing date, time and number of person, which is choose "Party package", and need to integrate online payment after confirmation - the flow of event booking, add one step before choosing date, time and number of person, which is choose "event package", no online payment needed, but need the system to generate a quotation and send to customer via email, besides the invoice can be edited at back-end, and can send to customer again (control via back-end) - but there is a function called "override", please see below - event can override other reservations (party & consumer), but can’t override another event - party can override consumer reservations, but can’t override another party, but at the same area can hold more than one party, only if the maximum number of that area do not exceed - our venue is quite large, capacity is over 200 pax. For example, if a customer booked a party for 50 pax at X day Y time, the system will deduct 50 from max. capacity 200, that means the venue can still can let party(s) booking for 150 pax at X day Y time. It is the relationship between max. capacity 200 and number of persons of each party. - Our standard number for 1 bowling lane is 6 pax, but this number can be changed, based on different situation, for example, if a 100 pax party, can still use all 10 bowling lanes, a 200 pax party, can still use all 10 bowling lanes. Can the system done to be so flexible? Another rule for booking bowling lane is, must book Food and/or (not yet make a decision between and & or) Beverages. - if customer (consumer & party & event) book bowling lanes, MUST choose food and beverage package together; - if customer (party & event) don't book bowling lanes, can choose other area (we also have a bar area and a lounge area), also MUST choose food and beverage package together; - for all booking, max. is 6 pax per bowling lane; - that means if over 55 pax, and customer (party & event) choose bowling lanes, MUST book all 10 lanes; - we have different packages for consumers, party and events; Hope it clear enough.
