DIVITHEME pro or visualcomposer builder pro, WORDPRESSPRO customisation and designing

Hi I need hand in doing this work PRO divitheme builder to deisgn website using elegent theme pro, will give all images. Some one who can imagine the desing in divitheme builder or visualcomposer or anyother builder view to make it from PSD to WP. also should know php&html to do some tiny changes like puting the image over the slider or header if theme allows then its nothing.
