Game must be designed for In-Browser Play.
Must use database for players info, items, etc.
Must be able to edit things like items stats, add NPCs, set & Change limits, etc.
HTML5, PHP, MySQL, Java, JavaScript, CSS Only allowed languages.
Multiple Skills To Train Such as woodcutting, firemaking, cooking, etc.
Attack/Defense Levels With Combat level
High Scores via Total Gold & Skill Exp
Inventory stores up to 8 items (Must be able to change amt)
Bank can store up to 20 items (must be able to change amt via defaults or booster packs)
Bank can hold up to 1,000,000,000 gold (must be able to change amt)
Hidden game developer console that uses codes to give players exp/items/etc
Various Items like food, potions, etc
Store to buy/sell items
Weapons unlockable at various levels
Offer various Atk/Def Boosts
Armour unlockable at various levels
Offer various Atk/Def Boosts
NPCs Example: Rat, Man, Goblin, Green Dragon
MUST BE ABLE TO CHANGE NPCS INFO Such as exp per kill, health, drop chance for items, etc.
Must be able to add new NPCs
ON DEATH OF PLAYER
Player Loses All carried items, except most 3 valueable.
If death by npc = Player loses random amount of carried gold.
If death by pvp = Player loses ALL gold carried to player that won.
ALL ITEMS IN BANK ARE SAFE.

Max level should be 99 for skills. MUST be able to change.
MUST HAVE Pvp option to vs other player.
'Duel' Option
Optionally - In addition to pvp, 'Safe PvP' where player can duel for fun, without losing items.
