We're looking for a mobile app designer and developer, who is also competent in PHP, SQL, PAYPAL IPN, Scandit API integration. General App description:- App which allows users to scan barcodes or search for products in our database and return the results, based on the result of the query. App would have these basic functionalities:- Registration / Login Screens (Allowing for login with facebook too.) Barcode Scanner and results screen - This page would need to allow users to scan product barcodes and return the results of the scan on a results screen. We currently have a PHP script which would return the result when POSTING a barcode, so you would need to interpret that result and diplay it on the app. Search Page - Similar to the barcode scanner / results screen, this would need to allow users to search products in our database and display the results, again we do have a PHP script which would do this so essentially you would need to just post the search term to the php script, and interpret the returning results onto a results page. Account Settings - This should be a basic page which allows users to see their current account settings and make changes if needed ie. password changing etc. Subscription page - This allows users to pay for the premium service, would need integreation with paypal IPN, currently we havnt written the php code for this integration, so if your able to do this that would be preffered. Other screens will be needed such as TOS, Contact Us, FAQ etc, so if the general layout could be designed for these too, we can then fill the content.

Hello, I understand that you want 2 app developed one for Android and another for IOS. We will develop both the Native apps with barcode reading features. If you don't want the native app then we can develop them as hybrid app which will cost you less as 1000 GBP. We will design all the pages like, login, registration, barcode scanning page, search page, Accounts settings page, Subscription page and the static content pages like TOS, Contact us, FAQ etc. If you go for the native app solution then we will build the Android version with Java and IOS version with x-code. We will list the final apps in app stores. I understand that you have php scripts for the functionalities, but app can't communicate with php scripts.
