Develop an Open Cart Plug-in

We are looking to develop an open cart checkout plug-in for our client. The plug-in will basically customize open cart checkout process and then send specific information to our base website via JSON. Vendors who are bidding this work must: 1) Develop plug-ins in open cart 2) Display open cart plug-ins portfolio as part of the application. Any application without item 2 will be rejected immediately.
