Soy un Personal Trainer con 47 años. No siempre lo fui, a los 40 me dedicaba a otra cosa, estaba atravesando una mala situacion en lo fisico y en lo personal y pude tomar la desicion de transformar mi cuerpo y mi vida al introducir cambios en mis habitos de vida acompañados por entrenamientos inteligentes. Me converti en Personal Trainer debido a las personas que vieron mi cambio y comezaron a pedirme si podia entrenarlas tambien. Hoy quiero llegar a personas con mas de 40 años que deseen lograr transformaciones, porque se que puedo ayudarlas y se que puedo generar un gran impacto en su calidad de vida. Mi idea es tener un sitio web donde puedan suscribirse y acceder a mi contenido, principalmente videos con entrenamientos y consejos. Ademas poder llevar adelante un coaching online para quienes deseen un asesoramiento mas personalizado.
