Ad HOC Front end web developer

Graphics Forge is looking for an Ad HOC (as needed) front end web developer who is very skilled with dynamic web development (scalable mobile friendly), css, javascript, ajax and HTML to assist us in taking a design proof PSD and creating a stylesheet that will override our base style sheet and make the already existing page look like the design proof. PHP experience is not required but is a bonus. All of our sites are dynamic and have scaling compatibility from desktop to mobile and all sizes in between so the candidate must be highly skilled at dynamic web design. Design proofs are only one page but the page is long enough to scroll through about 5 sections or screens. The developer would be provided with a PSD of the design proof and would deliver 1 css file and any assets, js and or html that is required to make the original page render dynamically with the same look as the design proof. The details of the original site and PSD and additional details will be provided after consultation. Attention to detail and ability to understand and follow instructions is critical so please begin your proposal with the words "The Milky Way" so that we know you read and understood our requirements. Any proposal not starting with this phrase will be ignored.
