I have an image of how I would like my website to look exactly. The image can be provided as a jpg or illustrator file.
This website needs to have a tracking url system in place which enables us to link to the site via a tracking url.
The tracking url should be able to include any or all of the following parameters; traffic source, name, email, url, phone. This will be used to record in the database the website visits with the data included in the parameters.
The tracking urls need to be flexible enough to include some or all of these parameters. For example, sometimes the tracking url will only include traffic source and email.
The database table which records the visit will need to have a date next to each record. The name of this table should be clicks
The site should look pretty much exactly like the attached Web-Layout2.png. I have an illustrator version of this if you need it.
The website needs to be made responsive and mobile friendly on iPhones, iPads, Samsung Galaxy 6 and Samsung Galaxy 7. It should also pass the Google mobile test at [url removed, login to view]
The visitor needs to simply complete their name and click one of the months and then it will link them to the thank you page. The submit button is just for show. If the name parameter has been used in the tracking url this should auto complete this field in the form. But if it has not been used then the name field will be a required field in the form.
Once they have completed their name and selected a month, the date, name, month selection and all parameters in the tracking url will be recorded in a table in the database entitled leads.
An email should be sent to an email address which I will give you stating all details of the lead.
The website will need to be uploaded and setup on two different servers, so in the end there will be two copies of the site on two different domains.
