Uber clone -- 2

I have a taxi Uber-like app of Mysql/php admin panel + 2 IOS app “user & provider “+ 2 android app “user & provider “. I need to add the following features on my app. However if you do not familiar with its code and have your own template, you can use it with adding the same features below: 1-Share route: it enable user to share his route with friend, partner, family member… 2-Schadule ride: it enable booking taxi for specific time and date 3-Send note for driver: enable user to attach note and/or photo with his request. So driver when see this note can decide he accept or refuse. 4-chat with the provider: enable client chat text with driver instead of call. 5-Offline mode: to be used if there is no internet connection user just press button to connect him/her with telephone line of admin 6-Admin can assign a client request to a provider from admin panel I do not need haggle or hassle. My budget appears near my project. So there is no need to ask me about my budget again. Freelancer should offer the real fees to do this job for all: 1. Web “Client, Provider & admin“ 2. ISO “Client& Provider“ 3. Android “Client& Provider”. I need to receive: 1-Full working apps & web code “ 2- APK, IPA and uploaded backend on server. 3-Document explain the added code and where it were added.
