I have an existing website that needs a major update. The 1st project will be to update the database. It's 4 years old now and way out of date. I'll show you were the new data will come from and you will need to modify the database structure to adjust for deleted and new data fields. Accordingly, you'll need to change any pages on the site that are affected by this changed data. Please take a look at the site: usahealthcareguide.com. There are many pages now that don't work because of the old data. You'll need to insure that all pages work as part of this project. The next phase of this website update will be to make the pages mobile friendly. I'll post that as a second project or give it to you if we agree on terms through Freelancer.
Please do not bid higher than $500 as that is the absolute maximum I would go.
Thanks for bidding.
I've had coders look at this project. Here was their recommendation:
Hi. I took a deeper look at the tables in the DB and files. The table engine is MyISAM and I can't generate an ER diagram using it. I think it's better to not accept this project. As a courtesy, I send a file here. You can use it to split that huge csv file to multiple files.
The monthly update contains both inactivated NPIs and new ones. but weekly files are all related to new NPIs.
You can see this note in the 6th page of the pdf file.
I hope you find a good developer who can help you.
And I can suggest something to you. If you want to spend more money on this system, I suggest to hire a MEAN stack developer. You'll have too many records in the database. I think a website based on node.js, angular.js and a no-sql DB like mangoDB is the best solution for you.
That can speed up your website. It will be SPA (Single page application).
Price is for $350. Price for full project which would include responsive mobile design $700. Two payments. ! after database is reloaded and update routine working and second at completion.
