Update donut charts and add tables as legends

We currently have donut charts on a web page that have leader lines and descriptions of each pie slice next to the chart. Instead, we'd like to eliminate the leader lines and place all of the pie slice descriptions into two charts on either side of the pie. When either the pie slice or corresponding slice description in the table is clicked, we'd like both the clicked row and the corresponding slice to be highlighted. The tooltip over the pie slice should display on hover, but not on click (as the slice and its corresponding description in the table will be highlighted). A screen shot of the current chart is attached, as well as a hand drawn diagram of what the new charts should look like.
Access to the web server can be provided via ssh.
