My customer needs the bot to be able to:
Transfer data from a payment portal or excel spreadsheet (Preferably payment portal). Import that information into an automated website online chat facility. The chat facility needs to respond automatically. My customer needs a full record of all the conversations so he can pull a report from the online chat facility.
20-30 conversations per day.
Basic example of the conversation would go something like this:
Automated Online Chat: Hey there, would you like to make an order?
Customer/Bot- Yes please
Automated Online chat: Here is our weekly menu, what would you like to order?
Customer/Bot: XXXXXXX please (Customers order needs to be imported from the payment portal)
Automated Online chat: Okay great, Here is the link to make the payment **payment link** Your order will be sent within 3 days once the payment is received.
Customer/Bot: Great thanks
