We want an Arbitration page like what Freelancer has for resolving disputes added to our wordpress website.
- Must be a clean modern design
- User must pay a fee before proceeding
- We do not need a payment gateway, all payments are paid in crypto currency. User manually
transfers
- User can post comments and upload files
- We need a countdown timer as the dispute advances through the stages of arbitration
- Page is to open in our website not on another tab
- Arbitration is a 4 stage process like freelancers
- Ability to award the dispute to either user or call it a draw.
- User that wins will be refunded
- defendant and complainant want you to pay (amount disputing like freelancer) this could also be a service etc
