Add Feature in Smarty PHP

I need someone to begin work right away and finish ASAP. You must have a strong and proficient skills of Smarty PHP, Jquery, Ajax, HTML 5, CSS. I prefer someone who knows PHP\Coding very well and works at a pretty good speed. This means computers and web programming must be your life (LOL). I need 2 features added to my Smarty PHP CMS. My CMS is a fork of WordPress and made in Smarty PHP. The 1st feature: I need a function in my Back-end that will allow me to check mark a Hide/Show Video Function on Front End. I want to be able to Disable/Hide a Video from displaying on the front end for customer URL s without actually deleting the video contents from back end. The 2nd Feature: I need a green css button on the front end that shows up on every video page. This button must a Light Box or Fancy Box pop up iframe window when green button is clicked by customer. In this Pop Up Window any Web Site must be able to show for that particular video. In the Back-End admin, there must be a URL Field for me. I want to be able to add\edit URL's for each video in back end to update for the Green Button on Front End. You must bid within my project budget or not be hired. I will prefer someone who can work right away and finish in 4 hours.
