Add the Menu ( from Mailchimp.com ) to both a WP site and it's static HomePage.

OVERVIEW: The task is to setup: - A simple, easy to manage, secure menu (Identical in design and functionality to [login to view URL]) across the site (both the static page and the WP site.) - The menu must load extremely fast on mobile phones and not include lot so external files to run, jquery is allowed. DETAILS: - Already have the WP Prototype/Demo for Mobile - View here: [login to view URL] - We can discuss whether or not the menu code should be separate for the mobile site and desktop, or if it can be the same and just reflect differently based on screen size (responsive). CONDITIONS: - On existing static frontpage (bootstrap 4). - Works amazingly on mobile and loads super fast. - If you create something that indexes lots of scripts it will not be accepted. The outcome must be razor fast. Super lite and load fast for mobile phones with slow connectivity. - You will be expected to ensure this is tested and works excellently on the staging site on: 1. WP (Desktop & Mobile.) 2. Static Homepage (Desktop & Mobile)and 3. be almost indeterminable in design difference or behaviour between the two . 4. Ideally, the codebase and updating of links and structure of the menu would come from a single location. I have more work if we find we work together well. The static homepage interfaces with WP in that it is the default homepage for the WP site, but is not generated with WP. (This is to keep load times low and development versatile.)
