An adult video/dump site

I want a adult site equal to [login to view URL] (user: demo pass: demo) with all features but with a diferent template (light and easy). The features that i want to add is: - exclude the upload option (i want only to embed videos or links to videos), i want to embed from all sites that is possible to embed like, pornhub, megarotic, redtube, etc... - add a option in the member area where a user can put or delete their blacklabeads code to show their ads on their embed videos only, but a user only can put 2 ads spaces (like [login to view URL]), that i will explain better which spaces is used for the user. - add option to add their site and will be automatically added in the link trade (like other dump sites) - add a way to count unique hits (not unique views) to that video, and that unique hits will be the traffic that the user can have to send traffic to his site when he post a link to his site, it can be the hits out (100% production maybe). - if possible, make the thumb of the video automatically, instead of upload the thumb - make a better member area and show in the member area all the hits in of that user, the hits sended out, the videos that the user had embed and the link dumps, change profile, etc... - in the admin area i want to manage all this, refuse videos posted by users if i wanted, choose how many times a user can dump a link per day, and all other things that is necessary do admin a site like this PS: See [login to view URL] for ideas to make the site better I will pay by escrow.
