Andriod App for location tracking

I have been developing Android applications for more than three years. Consider myself an expert in LocationServices and I have worked on similar projects in the past. Using a background service and Implementing battery friendly techniques by trigger the location feature on sensor data to locate the device and send certain info to the desired server or another android device through various techniques.
