The project has 3 parts,
- Integrate CDN for our current video distribution. Will require modifying PHP files to use S3 bucket and Amazon Cloudfront.
- 50% payment once CDN is setup
- Check security features on current setup - improve where possible
- Change instances to auto-scale
- Add backup server for Edge Server Instance
- Optimize whole setup to improve performance and lower cost where possible.
- 50% on completition
