If we understand correctly, the data from one of the systems is CDR, while the other one are just call records in custom format - the MSSQL master should allow a hybrid form of data for call records and an API. Dear company, I read you specs and to implement the architecture you request it needed to build these components: 1) New database to collect all data (MSSQL) 2) Backend sofwtare that collects data from the two sources Altigen and Bicom. A conversion is needed to make them available. This software will be scheduled, so it get data automatically without any human intervention. (.NET core daemon application) 3) Middlewere application that exposes API to access the data (Web api ASP.NET Core) 4) Front end web application to manage/add/delete which servers the software will collect data from and assign each customer server an unique identification number (SPA Asp.Net core web app) 5) Configure remote server to host the system.
