Build us a Custom Application

We need a custom app The app will be unique and fully customised and will need changes perhaps after review of the work and ongoing as we think of things to add as a new project The ideal partner MUST SPEAK ENGLISH WELL and be willing to review via videolink The app will have basic information in it Order Date order no Client Name Supplier Name Salesman Salesman Manager Admin Master USer Due Date Current Status Reference No Remarks City Country Currency TAX RATES TAX NAME The application will have different access/security levels to each field and each record or client So a administrator can see all things A Salesman can see fields that relate to his customer only(please note there may be more than one salesman so he should only see what we want him to see) A Supplier can see fields relating to his orders only (please note there may be more than one supplier so he should only see what we want him to see) A customer can enter his reference number and name and see certain fields to know when he can get his order It should have a dash board that shows Different things to different users depending on their access levels late orders due orders designs samples month to date sales year to date sales sales by client/salesman etc and send messages via email to notify certain things or reports that we can schedule the time and date it is sent and whats included Maybe an import/export to CSV or excel Simple to use easy to set up It will have layouts such as Invoice Order Entry user Design Entry Sample Log Invoices x 3 or more layouts Payment receipts Statement Quote Entry Email which will integrate with outlook or like programme
