Build me a custom search form for Oxygen Builder -- 2

I have real estate website in development and I'm using Oxygen builder. What I need is search from that will look like the one in attached image. Functionally it needs to have: 1. Dropdown to choose the country where the real estate is located 2. First group of 4 checkboxes to choose the type of the estate (house, bussines office...) 3. Second group of 2 checkboxes to choose if it's lease or upsell All the estate data are organized in ACF so the search engine should look there for data. Enter should lead to a page which will look like the one on the second attached image. It's a page where all the other search criteria can be changed and filtered. Needless to say, once user fills in your search form criteria and hits Enter, those criteria should be applied when the other site loads (it shouldn't be a problem as the filter site was build with WP Gridbuilder and is URL-change based). Also, please add "grofdraskovic" to your bid so I know you read it to the end. Ofcourse, the code and class names should be neat and intuitive as I will probably need to do some changes sooner or later. You will be fully supported throughout the project with any info you need. Please give me your best price because if you prove trustworthy, I will be more than happy to keep this business relationship ongoing as I have a need for such services very often and don't like to switch my cooperants. You can write anything you want in your bid, but it definitely should say what's estimated duration of your work.
