Features should include
1) Live streaming
2) Channel maintaining (From host side)
3) Viewer comment section
4) Subscription
5) Favorite channels (For viewers)

7) Basic but efficient UI for web page (You can inspire from Utube it self)
I will give you more details once we are ready to start.. And I will buy a server to deploy servlet. But till then we can use free server services.
And I need an Android app.(But we can plan about this later)
