Build a Website Builder and 10 templates

*Please thoroughly read project description for qualification before submitting proposal* Our business offers simple create-your-own and easy-to-edit websites and we are looking to update our design format and modernize our template gallery. For this project, we are hiring a web designer/developer with extensive design and coding experience to build out the framework for a set of website layouts for easy manipulation by our customers. The project includes designing and developing a custom Website Builder right into our website with Symfony 1.4 framework. In addition, 10 unique, one-page layouts that can be customized using the Website Builder should be created offering the customer a gallery of pre-designed templates from which to start. Overall, the product should be a simplified version of the websites offered by [login to view URL] - built with the ability to be developed further down the road. The websites built should be responsive/mobile optimized and be cross-browser compatible, SEO optimized and with W3C valid code. The Website Builder and all layout templates should have a modern, user-friendly and professional UI/UX to customize and edit. For customization by the user, the Builder should analyze user-chosen images/colors to ensure they look good together by limiting palettes for customer, correcting colors, or another solution. The templates/one-page site would need to include the following blocks with built in anchoring: - placeholder for logo - banner image - firm/business name - contact info - menu bar - submenu bar - placeholders for google adsense ads - placeholders for social media icons - copyright/"web design by..." info at bottom We would also like to have an integration feature similar to [login to view URL] Billing, payment, and voucher features are not required, and we are not in need of a hosting facility.
