We need to upgrade an existing website to latest Joomla version. Requirements -

1. Focus will be on layout and colors of the main home page

2. Content migration will be done automatically i.e. no need to add content.

3. Must use an off-the-shelf joomla template.

4. Must look very good.

You don't need to build the whole site. Just do the front page and the layout of widgets. We will add content ourselves.
