Catering Management System - PHP

I am looking for a PHP developer to make a simple catering management system. We currently use excel and want to implement a web based program to track catering status', generate invoices for customers, generate preparation sheets for the kitchen, track employee tips for caterings, etc. Scope includes: Using 1 MySQL database containing: Users/Passwords Customer Database Menu Database Menu Ingredient Database Employee tip tracking UI Features include: Create Login/logout/user sessions Admin panel (Add/Remove/Manage Users, Manage Menu items and pricing, Manage Menu ingredients) Manage Customer Database, encrypted credit card information Abiltiy to assign caterings to stores (This is for multiple stores, need to be able to assign the catering to a specific location. Form for entering catering to generate invoice (This would generate an invoice for customer based on pricing and input from user) Catering Status email generation and alerts (auto generate emails to customer, and reminders to restaurant email) Reports Invoice Generation for customer - auto emailed Prep sheet generated for each catering order (must be printable for store) Prep sheet generated for entire day (must be printable for store) Calendar displaying caterings by day and time Sales report Employee tip report The attached excel file is what would be replaced. Currently an employee can duplicate this file, and add customer info with drop downs for the items they want to purchase on the invoice page (top page of sheet), then the employee has to manually put together on the prep sheet (2nd page) what items the guest needs and how many lbs, units, etc. the order gets. This would be automated by the developer based on the invoice.
