Change Wordpress Slider Search on Homepage

1. My website ([login to view URL]) has a slider on the homepage. It has a freetext search bar and button. I would like it to be a keyword, location, and category. (see sample in uploaded files). 2. I would like to add a Contact Us page. Something generic. 3. In the home page, I would like to add 3 category blocks. 4. In the home page, I would like to resize some of the elements in the page, such as the slider, freelancer section, and 2 others. Just to make a little smaller. ALL WORK MUST BE OFFLINE and presented before doing it online. All edits to php must have a comment line. Must let me know which php files, were edited, or wordpress pages/sections and where, so I can undo if needed, especially after an update.
