B2B Tyres Marketplace was created using a WordPress template. The number of users has increased, and it is necessary to perform some improvements that are generally unable in the current structure and dashboard of the template.
All improvements need to be performed without interrupting the accessibility to the web site, which must be available at all times during weekly days. Interruptions to the website can be only performed during weekends and not more than 8 consecutive hours per day (Saturday and Sunday). If so, the bidder must create a landing page warning our users that the web site is unavailable due to maintenance and improvements. This landing page needs to be approved previously by B2B Tyres and must fit with current appearance/design.
The Scope Of Works (the “SOW”) described here aims improvements in the current template/web site. The next phase, a full reconstruction of the site, will be part of a different Request For Quotations (“RFQ”). The preferred bidder will be in the best place to obtain the next contract, but this is not warranted.
Payments will be done per milestones/improvements as per the percentage described in the Payment Section.
