Hey Brad, Your are using the DIVI theme which I am sure you already know and while DIVI is powerful and very flexible as well as popular, it is problematic after the WordPress update to 5.0x which occurred last month. I am not sure if this is when you problem started or not from your post. I can take a quick look at the CMS for you and see if anything jumps out at me without obligation. I want to build a reputation on Freelancer and I am new so if I can help you for little or no cost and get a review from you we would be helping each other. Also, I can see your business in the future benefiting from a mobile app and perhaps we can talk about that down the road. Honestly, you should probably consider a theme change at some point as DIVI is extremely complicated although you are using it in its most basic format. You would benefit from a more simply managed theme which I could also assist you with to solve your image problems and give you more flexibility with WordPress.
