configure open source desktop application to run on my dedicated web server for public

I've found something similar to a the standard bank account login and UI open source on github. Right now it's designed to run from either the desktop with local or remote SQL. In the instillation guide they mention it can also be installed on a remote server. There should be no download of software to run or configuration requirements for the front end users... on both desktop and mobile browsers. SSL needs to be configured. The install requests Microsoft SQL... and not mysql.. DB usernames and passwords need to NOT be the defaults mentioned in the guide. Don't leave any git repo on the server for 3rd party access. And if possible.. common sense security precautions should be taken so no sniffers scan and see it's open source. Basic branding changes such as LOGO's & text needs to be changed to my branding. NO UI changes. Im not sure if this script has email auto responder notifications. If it does.. it would need to be configured to the mail server. Template's would need to be changed, which i can do if they supply that function in admin backend. If not, I would need your help to change that in the db. Users will not be able to sign up to gain access from the front end. Only the admin from the backend can create a new user and temp password. I would like to install it to my WHMCS dedicated server under a sub domain. When the page loads for the public, i would like to have the username / login menu visable for my clients to login. There is also a charting feature that requires 3rd party configuration. I need this to work. The application seems to be made for only internal use or employee's. Lastly, since im not running a bank or a load business.. I need to change some of the terms such as "loan" and "amount due" to different words. But the functionality won't need to change.
