Convert old into new design on existing Codeignitor webshop

--::INTRODUCTION::-------- Looking for an Codeigniter programmer / expert who can convert the current templates into new finished HTML/CSS coded templates. See the attached PDF for the details and the examples of the old and new design of the webshop. We have a custom build webshop (build with Codeigniter) selling whisky / wine / and more. A new graphic design was made for this webshop. This design has been converted into valid HTML / CSS. So you DO NOT need to convert a PSD file into HTML. We will send you all the HTML / CSS / JS files. We want the webshop to start using the new design as new templates. I require the following (also see the PDF): 1> - replace the old design with the new design within the Codeigniter application 2> - also modify some of the functions / scripts within the Codeigniter application to work with the new design (This is phase 1 of the whole project. If all is going well then we would like to work with you also on Phase 2. Phase 2 is adding new functions, improving the webshop.) --::DELIVERY / PLANNING::-------- We would like to see results as soon as possible. Bids with short delivery times get plus points in our selection of the provider. We do understand this project cannot be done within 2 days! --::REQUEST::-------- 1> - replace the old design (html/css) with the new design (html/css) within the Codeigniter application (I can send code examples of the current shop) 2> - because of the new design you would also need to modify some of the functions / scripts within the Codeigniter application (see pdf) 3> - you can create a development / test environment, or I can create a development / test environment? tell me what you prefer.... we will not develop on the LIVE webshop. 4> - after testing and approval you will send me the full application and instructions on database changes --::EXAMPLE / DESIGN / ## PDF ##::-------- See the attached PDF.
