Convert PDF Files to TCPDF Templates so we can generate PDF documents from PHP (Three in total)

We have 3 pdf files that are standard blank pdf documents, We require someone to convert these files into TCPDF or similar templates so we can use PHP to populate the fields and required areas. We need this done as soon as possible and the most interested pepople will be sent a copy of the blank pdf documents that we need making into TCPDF templates. We need to be able to generate the templates dynamically therefore this is not limited to TCPDF and we can use something similar, however, PHP is the prefered language therefore the solution must be based on PHP such that of the PHP TCPDF package. ASAP, budget is minimal, looking for someone to start straight away. Thanks.
