copy of aiomp3.cc (Search query youtube api, allow streaming, and downloading) -- 3

Hello, Basically, I'd like a copy of aiomp3.cc. If you visit the site, you'll see how it works. Probably better than I can explain. Basically, it takes a query, sends it to Youtube's api, gets the results, and displays them in a nice list. Next to each result, it has a play button which streams directly from youtube, and a download link which sends users to download pages. Download pages are simply an iframe with links to a [login to view URL] conversion site. I'd need pretty much the same thing done. I already know scripts which do that, but I'd like something not off the shelf.
