Create a back office for customers who need reports

We have customers who register on our website for services. We need to create reports for them which need to be accessible via the web securely. You must be able to extract information from the web and manipulate this into the format required. this information will be updated realtime with graphs, charts and pdf reports. We can provide all formula's but you must be able top write this into our servers and wordpress program. All aspects of the DBase shall be implemented, including sending a welcome letter, password recovery, changing format of reports etc. See attached sample of report currently generated.
