I am loooking for opencart developer.

Basically i am creating this function to avoid creating product twice .. Need a function to create a function to pull shops and product from shopify and insert in opencart.

Shopify already provide .. API for this

Opencart . I already purchased API to admin . So you can use the same API to insert . No need to touch the core files.

For syncing

we need some additional details to store shopify product id to store in my DN so that when u sync next u ll know its new product or existing product. shop also same.
