Create a streamlined Seller dashboard - multivendor magento

My website [url removed, login to view] is based on magento 1.9 and designed with webkul marketplace plugin.

The default seller dashboard is not very intuitive. I want a streamlined seller dashboard. I want all confusing terminology and fields (like attributes, sku) to be replaced by easy to understand fields.

Adding products should be easy and light. (like amazon, ebay, etsy etc)

Information which are not required should not be asked.

Seller should be able to add new products and manage old products without any confusion.

An easy way to add and manage configurable products along with beautiful front end option selector (like color, size, etc) for buyers.

Seller should be able to add a product and then add available options (like size, color) with different price and different image facility for each available option. Color option will be graphic.

Ability to add configuration option to products on additional cost. Like, Add Framing option for Posters at an additional cost.

Products should be added to only one category. Seller will select a parent category, then he will be present available child categories, then next child category and so on. But products added to child category should be visible in parent category as well.

Seller dashboard and forms are to be redesigned with a beautiful layout.

Proficiency in English language and strong sense of design is a must in freelancer..
